What’s Included

Guided process for inner peace

Your journey begins with an orientation call and a personalized wellness assessment to understand your current lifestyle and goals. From there, you’ll join weekly yoga and meditation classes, available both online and offline, giving you the flexibility to practice wherever you are. During the program, you’ll also experience a rejuvenating healing therapy session that combines the calming effects of sound healing with the relaxation of a steam sauna. Finally, at the end of the month, we’ll review your progress together and provide guidance on how to continue building your wellness journey.
