Transforming lives through yoga and meditation

I am a 500-hour Yoga Alliance USA certified instructor, passionate about guiding individuals toward mental clarity, physical strength, and inner peace. With a Post Graduate degree in Yogic Science and a Master’s in Sociology, I blend ancient wisdom with modern insights to create holistic healing experiences.

Teaching, Healing, and Sharing Growth

I teach yoga, meditation, and sound therapy at leading Kathmandu schools like Hebron and Malpi, and work with Swastik Hospital to integrate yoga into therapeutic care. My sessions promote balance, resilience, and self-discovery, while my YouTube channel Jeewangyan and community work share mindfulness, self-awareness, and personal growth tools to inspire transformation.

Leadership and Holistic Transformation

As President of Sada Bhawana Sewa Nepal and former coordinator at Service For Peace Nepal, I have led impactful volunteer projects worldwide, fostering unity, empowerment, and global service. Blending psychosocial counseling, Tibetan sound healing, and personality development, I help people find inner harmony and achieve meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
